About the Client:

Our Client is an OEM manufacturer providing services to Oil and Gas, Chemical Plant, Petrochemical Refinery and other related industry. In line with their expansion plans, they are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to ensure HR Operations are running smoothly from processing employee data, & updating company policies to assisting in the hiring process.

What This Role Involves:

As HR & Admin Manager, you will be expected to take lead in providing leadership, HR solutions and making crititical decisions pertaining to the department.

Creating guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOP) and FAQ documents about company policies.

Ensure that all physical and digital employee & personnel records are well-maintained.

Ensure that payroll process and data is accurate and well-maintained.

Manage recruitment processes including job advertisements, scheduling job interviews and act as candidate focal.

Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics e.g. total number of hires by department.

Develop training and on-boarding materials, and assist in ad-hoc logistic, procurement or projects whenever required.

What You Need:

A Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

At least 7 years work experience, with 2 years in a senior/managerial position.

Familiarity with Million Payroll System or other similar payroll software/system.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledgeable in HR related matters and able to make important decision pertaining to all company HR items.

Initiative and possess team leadership skills to spearhead HR operations.
