About the Client:

Our Client, a multinational IT shared service supporting a global Swiss Construction Tooling, Software & Services company. In line with their business growth, they are seeking Global Process Managers to lead the global definition of processes, as well as development & deployment of systems for product information management across the Company. You will orchestrate various stakeholders across the organization to strengthen customer orientation for all digital publication solutions management.

What This Role Involves:

Define new processes in the area of product data and product information management in collaboration with stakeholders in BUs and MOs.

Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes in collaboration with stakeholders in BUs and MOs (mainly BU Marketing).

Drive the system implementation for new processes or process changes together with the Product owner on IT side.

Manage a specific stakeholder community to inform them about changes, steer their activities and to get their buy-in and support for new initiatives.

Prioritize business requests together with other GPMs and Product owners from IT to plan initiatives and projects.

Actively contribute to projects for the data client side using product information (e.g. HOL).

Main process domains are within SAP environment: Material Master data setup, Product information management including translations.

What You Need:

Master studies in the field of business administration or technology; MBA is a plus (CGPA of 3.0 and above)

At least 3 years of professional experience with distinguished expertise in project/process management.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a working knowledge of systems and tools.

Proven project/process management skills in a matrix organization.

Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; Additional languages are a plus.

Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
