About the Client:

Our Client is an APAC Shared Services Centre supporting operations of one of the biggest Oil & Gas company in world. The Deal Management Specialist shall support Client’s Hong Kong (HK) & Singapore (Sg) operations. Responsibilities include: Contract Administration, Document Management, Stakeholder Management & Project Management.

What This Role Involves:

You shall directly manage Hong Kong and Singapore operations Contract Administration duties by executing contract legal and fiscal requirements.

Work closely with local legal focal, direct follow-ups with customers to complete contract documentations.

Ensure contracts are signed and stored in line with local country requirements, own contract documentation archiving and termination of customer contracts, and support tender bid preparation process.

Physical Document Management: Work with local teams and relevant departments to manage and process physical documents received through mail and fax.

Project Management: manage small tactical projects end-to-end from design to implementation, including managing required logistics & stakeholders associated with the project.

Master Data Set Up & Amend: Maintain Sales Hierarchy, contract registers and banding adherence, set up and amend Customer master data, liaise with key interface, business partners and/or Customers to resolve them.

Work closely with stakedholders and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

What You Need:

Minimum degree in Business Administration or equivalent / Finance / Engineering (CGPA 3.0 and above).

Language requirements: Cantonese and/or Mandarin (min. spoken) & English (written & spoken).

Intermediate knowledge in Ms Excel & Ms Word.

Added advantage if candidate possesses knowledge in programming tools for process automation purposes

Stakeholder management skills & strong communication skills.

Prior experience in Contract Management a plus point.
