What this role involves:

As a Customer Service Representative part of Indonesia Support Operations Team, you shall maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with customers through various channels, acknowledge and resolving customer complaints, process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

You shall maintain a Customer-First mindset and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints, and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What you need:

Minimum diploma qualifications..

Language requirements: Indon & English (written & spoken).

Previous experience in Shared Service, Call Centre, Service environment and multicultural / multinational companies an added advantage.

Intermediate knowledge in Ms Excel.

High caliber fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Stakeholder management skills and experience in change management an added advantage.

What's on offer:

Up to RM 3,500 + Overtime + Language Allowance

40 hours spread over 5 days a week.
