What this role involves:

As Customer Operations Specialist, you will be required to provide consistent and timely resolution for all customer related back office issues, special handling (i.e. non-standard invoice etc ) or disputes for Client's West retail markets. You shall provide first line service to reasonably meet Sales Customer’s expectations in line with commitments that have been made to the Customer, maintain professionalism and create a positive customer experience to improve customer renewals/retention, and manage pre/post settlement discrepancies (standard/non-standard) in terms of pricing, volume and deliveries. You will take ownership of the resolution of customer of the more complex inquiries and complaints, related to back office issues or disputes including but not limited to: Invoicing, Volume, AR/Cash Applications and Netting Support for Sales to resolve Customer requests and proactively ensure all “special handling” on accounts is completed.

Special challenges in this role includes working through complex pricing, volumetric and invoicing/cash applications issues to resolution, working collaboratively with Accounting, Sales, Finance, Operations and Credit to resolve outstanding balances, improve working capital and minimize bad debt exposure Meet individual KPI's, and working with local teams and relevant departments to manage & process physical documents received through mails and fax.

What you need:

Minimum degree in Business Administration or equivalent / Finance / Engineering (CGPA 3.0 and above).

Language requirements: Mandarin (min. spoken) & English (written & spoken).

Added advantage if candidate possesses knowledge in programming tools for process automation purposes

Intermediate knowledge in Ms Excel.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage stress.

Prior experience in Contract Management and/or Customer Service a plus point.

Up to RM 3,200 + Overtime Claims + Language Allowance

9.00am - 6.00pm , 5 days a week
