Apply today for the exciting role as Credit Administration Team Lead where you will take on the important position to lead and coordinate back office credit administrative tasks while ensuring the accounts receivable is up to date and reconciled with customer and banks in line with credit policies, and collection guidelines.

Experience in leading and coordinating back office credit administrative tasks & Accounts Receivable (AR).

What You Will Do

To ensure timely, qualitative and efficient processing of bank receipts, checks and cash transfer, and to guarantee effective allocation of payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer invoices.

To manage and process customer remittances advices and to timely investigate payment related queries.

To investigate and resolve un-allocated & un-applied receipts; and contact customer if required, and to execute direct debit, refund, intercompany batches as required by collection treatment plans.

To post invoice and bank interfaces to ERP, and to execute timely end-of-month closing activities in line with guidelines provided.

To control credit exposure and ageing balances for cash accounts, and coordinate any process dependencies with external parties.

To coordinate any process dependencies with: external parties, billing interface, banks, and Financial Accounting and Cash & Banking.

To manage 3rd party countries relation and, coordinate issues resolution as required.

What You Need:

Diploma/Bachelor Degree Holder and at least intermediate level of English knowledge preferred.

Previous Credit Admin experience required.

Advanced MS excel knowledge with respect to the role.

Good telephone conversation/handling skills.

Good communication and conversational skills and high customer focus and service orientation.

Sensitive to cultural specifics.
