In line with their growth plans, they are hiring ambitious individuals to join their Global Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Service Specialist (CCSS) working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

What This Role Involves:

As CCSS, your customer base shall be clients from New Zealand, The United States, Bermuda & Singapore.

Makes, receives customer calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.

Issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or appropriately referred with recommendations.

Provide extraordinary service through phone interactions with customers, focusing on resolving their requests the first time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty.

Defuse irate customers and resolve challenging inquiries utilizing negotiation skills while following guidelines in an effort to satisfy the customer.

Identify and explore opportunities/initiatives which would enhance the call centre contribution to the Bank's business.

Required to maintain an effective working relationship with various departments of the Bank to ensure that the Customer Contact Centre supports the delivery of business objectives.

What You Need:

Main language: English (spoken & written).

Predominantly work-from-home (WFH). Main HQ is currently in Cyberjaya but will be shifting to KL City - you must be able to report to the office once the situation is allows.

Able to handle gadget & tech needs (we’ll be providing you Laptops & headsets).

Possess steady home WiFi connection for working, ideally 100Mbps.

Willing to work in shift/ weekend/public holiday based on supported customer base.
