Our Client is an international shared services center in Malaysia, supporting an international logistic company. They provide Finance, HR, BPO, RPA and Network Operations activities for HQ in over 152 countries across the globe and employ over 2000 professionals from 17 different nationalities who speak 14 different languages. Their HR Services Asia Pacific (APAC) team is currently looking for a new team member in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In HR Services APAC, they support all Business Units in operational Personal administration and payroll and deliver value through and beyond savings. In its essential role, the BPO Manager executes and supports projects and initiatives for the APAC region, and also collaborates with other BPO Managers around the globe. What You Will Do

Act as change agent for the APAC team, identifying improvement and standardization opportunities and driving change from within, and drive process automation and digitalization projects to bring efficiency within existing processes, but also enhance the user experience of HR processes and products.

Support the creation of business case analysis for identified improvement opportunities, and prepare widely independent proposals for decisions and solutions for harmonization, digitization and automation of processes and products for coordination with the decision-makers.

Manage and drive the assigned global and regional projects and initiatives within time & budget achieving target scenarios and end products as specified in each Project Business Case and/or Project Initiation.

Ensure proper communication of projects status, roadmaps and risks/opportunities as well as changed project scopes and act as counterpart to HR Services.

Managing the landscape of the ticketing tool and all its requirements regionally, and
support global surveys and regular / ad-hoc preparation of report and planning documents for HRS APAC.

Act as an internal consultant to projects from their initiation until their completion and advise, share experience and discuss topics with HRS APAC colleagues.

What You Need:

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / IT, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.

Knowledge of HR processes and Shared Service Center environments is preferable.

At least 2 years of experience of (IT-) project management experience, and experience in driving digitalization and automation of projects is very beneficial.

Excellent IT skills desirable, e.g. workflow automation, systems design, information technology, case management.

Sound knowledge on Change Management concept and best practices.

Strong presentation skills and influencing skills in particular when working with senior management.
