Our Client is an international shared services center in Malaysia, supporting an international logistic company. They provide Finance, HR, BPO, RPA and Network Operations activities for HQ in over 152 countries across the globe and employ over 2000 professionals from 17 different nationalities who speak 14 different languages. As Senior BPO Specialist, you will research, analyze, and recommend changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability within Finance & Controlling services.

What You Will Do

Provide detailed analyses and deliver sustainable and supportable solutions and/or automation to process breakdown in the Finance service line and supporting functions.

Analyze and design technology-driven and/or automated solutions that support service line requirements, and design process improvements in the designated process areas that deliver measurable and/or qualitative benefits.

Execute business process improvement initiatives with employees, relevant stakeholders and process owners.

Prepare, update and regularly review all relevant process map documentation for the service line and the supporting/enabling functions.

Assess innovative ideas generated from an Ideas Management program relative to benefit and cost.

Gain support of the service line that the systematic approach creates significant and measurable improvement, and create understanding with employees what the needs and benefits are of process improvement initiatives.

Successfully implement improvement initiatives with Finance and HR Business Partners, strive as a SME on process improvements/ standardization methodology and provide consultative services to both external Finance and HR Business Partners and internal support staff.

What You Need:

At least 5 - 7 years of working experience of which the last 2 years focused on process outsourcing/improvement and/or shared services.

Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA, etc).

Good all round communicator: written, oral and presentation skills.

Project Management experience.

Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and translate this into practical action.

Added advantage: Experience in logistics industry, experience with process engineering.

What's On Offer:

Up to RM 7,000 + RM 120 Allowance + Monthly Incentive (16% of basic for target achievements)
