Preferably at least 2 years experience managing the processing of large volume of data and customer billing data, with basic exposure to telecommunications industry and its terminology.

What This Role Involves:

As Billing Management Officer, you are responsible for processing supplier data using the Operational Support Systems to deliver the specific billing content that forms the basis of the customer deliverables.

Manage the processing of large volume of data and customer billing data.

Support investigation of 2nd level billing queries and disputes.

Develop a clear understanding of the End-to-End Processes and make recommendations for the development and enhancement of business systems and policies that will improve the capability to produce & maintain accurate configuration of billing data.

Proactively pursue continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and opportunities.

Effective sharing of knowledge and support within the Bill Production Team, Billing Management Practice and other Delivery Operations practices.

Investigate problems and errors in billing and work closely with relevant parties to put right the problem and eliminate the errors.

What You Need:

Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience.

Good financial acumen and analytical with an eye for details.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with global customer interfacing skills.

Strong team-player with ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel and Access.

Requires basic understanding of telecommunications industry including the common terminologies used.

12 months contract (renewable based on performance)
