In line with their operations, they are looking for a well-experienced Admin & HR Manager to spearhead their accounting division & operations.

What You Will Do

The Human Resources & Administration Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities.

You will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions. You will provide strategic guidance on HR to the office.

Oversee all labour engagement and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.

Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.

Coordinate the preparation of monthly Payroll, and review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.

Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.

Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.

What You Need:

Minimum eight (8) years total experience.

Minimum degree in Admin or any related field that is from a prestigious university or equivalent.

Experienced in Admin and Admin Management work & functions.

Experienced in HR Administration and functions (hiring, documentation, payroll).

Able to use all necessary software to aid this job scope e.g. UBS Payroll.

Hardworking, responsible, trustworthy and good communication skills.

Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5pm) & Saturday (8:30am to 1pm), every first Saturday of the month is an off day.
